It is a prerequisite that all sonnen systems are installed by fully accredited sonnen installers.
All accredited installers will be issued an ID card with a unique number that is required to be entered into the commissioning process of each sonnen system. The accreditation process is renewed annually, installers need to apply for full accreditation status or to renew their accreditation annually.
