System is Offline / No LAN or VPN Access
Connect a laptop directly to the Ethernet cable normally plugged into the sonnen SPREE unit to check internet connection entirely.
Unplug connection X2.B and connect laptop directly to ensure constant internet connection through the sonnen top and internal Ethernet connections.
If at this point there is no internet connection ensure that the pins of the top Ethernet connection terminal are not bent and that there is no dirt or debris within the port.
Is the system now visible via the LAN or VPN access?
