System is Offline / No LAN or VPN Access
Connect a laptop directly to the Ethernet cable normally plugged into the sonnen unit (at the top) to check the LAN cable or the Ethernet over Power adaptors if used.
Unplug connection 1 and connect laptop directly to ensure constant internet connection.
If at this point there is no internet connection test the LAN cable from this point to the router. Ensure that all RJ45 terminations have been made correctly via a patch lead tester.
If either an Ethernet over Power or Ethernet over WiFi extender has been used ensure that they are paired correctly
Is the system now visible via the LAN or VPN access?
