Installer accreditation cancellation policy
Failure to comply with the obligations of sonnen installer accreditation can lead to cancellation of accreditation.
Serious breaches of installation best-practice, non-compliance with specific instructions as detailed within the installation manual/s, non-compliance with Australian Standards or guidance of the CEC as well as situation such as allowing non-accredited installers to install and commission sonnenBatterie systems using the accreditation number of others, will lead to a 'Notice of Non-Compliance' being issued.
If an installer receives x3 non-compliance notifications within any 12 month period then they will potentially have their accreditation cancelled.
Installers with cancelled accreditation under this process will have the opportunity to reinstate their accreditation once having taken part in a face to face sonnen Australia training event which will be periodically scheduled, a cost to attend will apply.
