Sonnen Installation Commissioning Document Requirements

It is a warranty requirement that the Commissioning Report and Images are submitted to sonnen to lodge vital data about the installation which enables our full support service.  ​

If you contact the sonnen Australia service team the report and images will be required to assist the support process and to verify installation compliance.

There are two options for submitting the required information:​

Option 1 - Simply download the following documents, complete and submit to sonnen Australia via email

Option 2 - Photograph the required information, including the commissioning report and submit to sonnen Australia via the following online submission. ​

Installation Commissioning Process as Registered Agent in South Australia

If a system owner wishes to assign sonnen Australia as the Responsible Agent to instigate the disconnect / reconnect request as directed by the South Australian Office of the Technical Regulator then the following Commissioning Report will need to be downloaded, completed and returned to sonnen Australia as part of the normal commissioning process. Special attention needs to be made to section 18 whereby the system owner will need to sign to agree and assign sonnen Australia this function;
